Air Transport
Refers to manufacturers/suppliers entrusting transportation companies or freight agents to deliver products by air to the air freight station in the customer's location. This method does not require the supplier/manufacturer to assist the customer with customs clearance, but the supplier needs to provide invoices, packing lists, and other documents for the customer to use for customs clearance.
It is best to purchase insurance by air freight to prevent the loss, damage, and breakage of packaging boxes during the transportation process, as airport personnel will not worry about whether the products will be lost or damaged during the loading and unloading process. Air freight includes two modes of transportation: door-to-door and airport to door.
Express Delivery
Express delivery refers to the way in which a supplier entrusts a courier company to deliver products to customers. Express delivery is generally a door-to-door delivery method. The fees charged by the courier company during this process include inland transportation costs, customs clearance fees, and transportation costs.
The commonly used foreign express delivery methods include: TNT, FEDEX (Federal Express), EMS (China Post), UPS, DHL, etc.
TNT: 800-820-9868
FedEx: 800-988-1888 EMS: 11185
UPS: 400-677-6084 DHL: 800-888-9198
All courier companies are welcome to pick up the package at your doorstep. At the same time, you will be asked to fill out a tracking number on the package, which will indicate the tracking number of the goods. With this tracking number, you can check the transportation status of the goods on various courier websites.
Sea Freight
Sea freight is the most common mode of transportation, and compared to international express delivery and air freight, sea freight has a longer delivery time.
Operation process:
On the day before the production and packaging of the goods, upon receiving the packing list data, we will contact the freight forwarder to inquire about the cost (door to door), fill out the commission form based on the packing information, and hand it over to the freight forwarder for warehouse reservation.
There will be a mark on the commission form, which can be N/M (unmarked) or some simple geometric symbols or use the product name as the mark. The function of a mark is to distinguish goods for customers to pick up and to count the quantity in the warehouse. After booking the warehouse, prepare the documents for the freight forwarder.
